How to Install the CodeWarrior Debugger

This page was correct as of December 1996.

These instructions apply to the computers in Korman 114.

Open Storage

Open Application

Drag CodeWarrior 9 to Desktop.

You'll get some window complaining about locked spaces: just click OK. Do the same for the next window that comes up.

Under apple (left top of screen)

Choose Application Installer.

Find CodeWarrior Update; drag it to desktop.

Open CodeWarrior Update (the one on the desktop): follow the instructions it gives you. (Click on Install, Click on Restart.)

After the computer has restarted, you should see a new CodeWarrior 9 folder on the desktop. Open this folder: then open "CodeWarrior IDE 1.6.3". The version of CodeWarrior you are now in should have a working debugger.
