Drakontas LLC. was founded in 2004 to deliver communications software and integrated solutions for law enforcement, emergency response, and security operations. There, I was one of three developers working on DragonForce™, a situation awareness tool architected for deployments on MANETs and other wireless networks. The software suite was designed for deployment on handheld communications devices, such as cell phones and commercial off the shelf PDAs, to provide GPS tracking of officers, text messaging, and access to other information resources required in tactical circumstances.
