Homework and Grading: There will be one or two homework assignments and a final project. You are encouraged to work together on homework problems and to seek help during office hours. However, you must write up homework assignments by yourself.
Copying any part of an assignment is considered to be cheating. Work on the final project must be individual.

There is no exams in this class. Final grade will be based on the homework grades (50%) and on the grade for the project (50%).

Course Outline:  This class is the last in the three term sequence. We will finish with wavelet theory and then will concentrate on the applications of wavelets and filter banks.In particular we plan to talk about:
